We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive your item and it is defective, we will need you to send us a video showing damage to the item before a replacement item is sent (Valid only 2 days after delivery). We are NOT responsible for any damage that occurs once items leave our possession. If your items are damaged during shipping you will need to file a claim with USPS. We recommend shipping insurance, so your items are covered. We are NOT responsible for customers accidentally putting incorrect address that result in packages being ‘returned to sender ‘. There will be a re-shipment fee of $8.00. If a customer fails to pay re-shipment fee 10 days after package is back in our possession, package will be forfeited.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if we approve the refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
