Things you should know

The following states  you need a license to own a stun gun.

Stun Guns and TASERs are not considered firearms, so they are legal to own in:

AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME,
MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, NJ, NY, OH,
OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY and Puerto Rico

Please understand that your local government might have different restrictions, especially for carrying a stun gun.  We try our best to keep the information updated. To purchase a stun gun, you must be at least 18 years old, or 21 years old if you live in Hawaii. By making a purchase, you agree that you meet these age requirements, and that Girl Power LLC is not liable for any legal consequences that may arise from the purchase of any self-defense item from their business. Furthermore, you agree to  only be using the stun gun for self defense situations ONLY. stun sticks are for personal defense only
